Samsung Announces Jelly Bean Updates For Galaxy Users

Recently Samsung shared some information about the upcoming Jelly Bean updates for the Galaxy S III, Galaxy Note smartphones and the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. All the three devices are currently running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich which was the latest Android version before Jelly Bean.

Jelly Bean is considered as the fastest and smoothest version of Android so far. It perks up the beauty and simplicity of Android 4.0, and brings a new Google search experience on Android. Switching between apps and moving between home screens is effortless. Jelly Bean also has more reactive and uniform touch responses, and makes your device even more responsive.

At their pre-IFA press conference Samsung announced that the Jelly Bean updates are coming “very soon” for their devices. Previously we heard that the Jelly Bean update for the Galaxy S III will be released at the IFA, but it seems that those rumors were either false or the progress is not going exactly as planned.

However, by judging all those rumors it can be said that the delay won’t be too long and Galaxy S III users will be enjoying Jelly Bean in just a few weeks time. As for the other two other devices, we really expect that this “very soon” means September or October, rather than the end of the year.
