Samsung Revealed the New Galaxy S3 Mini

The rumored Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini was finally unveiled by Samsung. It is a smaller version of the Samsung Galaxy S3 cell phone which hit shelves internationally in May, and arrived in the U.S. this summer. Due to the increasing demand for 4″ droids with good specs, the S3 mini wants to delight people who find the 4.8″ screen of its big brother to be just too large.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 mini has the same nature-inspired design as the big S3 and the Galaxy Note II. This amazing phone will be running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean at launch with the same TouchWiz customizations that are available in its bigger siblings, like S Voice and Smart Stay.

The I8190 Galaxy S3 mini has some really amazing and user targeted features. For starter, it has a 4″ Super AMOLED screen of WVGA resolution. Inside, it has a self-effacing ST-Ericsson NovaThor chipset with two Cortex-A9 cores, a 1GHz processor, a Mali-400 GPU and 1GB of RAM. It comes with a VGA front-facing camera too and the main camera has a 5MP sensor and an LED flash which is capable of shooting 720p video.

This phone also offers quad-band 2G and tri-band 3G connectivity, dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC. It comes in 8GB and 16GB internal storage and there is a microSD card slot if you need more. The dimensions are 121.6 x 63 x 9.9 mm and it weighs 111.5g with a 1500mAh capacity battery.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 mini is expected to release in November. If you can’t wait to get your hands on this phone then Clove UK has started taking pre-orders with a current asking price of £298.
