Thanksgiving Day is a special day for all Americans. For me, the most special part of this incredible event is thanksgiving dinner. I love cooking and this of one of the reasons of my liking for Thanksgiving Day as I get a chance to make so many wonderful and tasty cuisines. Fast track Pumpkin Cheesecake:
You need 1 pack (about 8 oz.) of cream cheese, 1 cup of canned pumpkins, 1 container (about 8 oz.) of cool whip, 1 prepared 9” cracker crust, half teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and half cup of sugar.
First of all take a large bowl. Put cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie spice and beat them well with wire whisk or electric mixer until smooth. Softly stir in whipped topping and spoon into crust. Place it in refrigerator for 3 hours or until settle. You can garnish it with whatever stuff you like. It is one of my favorite dishes. For frying you need 3 cups of oils, one cup flour, one teaspoon baking powder, half teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon white sugar, one egg, half cup milk, one tablespoon melted shortening and 12 oz. of drained kernel corn.
Heat up oil up to the temperature of 365F. Mix flour with salt, baking powder, and sugar in a medium size bowl. Now blend milk, egg and melted shortening and beat into flour mixture. Merge the whole mixture in the corn kernels. Drop dissipated batter by spoon into the hot oil,and fry up until it takes golden color. Sap on paper towels.
