Now that it’s tax preparation time, I was looking at my home-based business expenses and assessing what office supplies I need to purchase.
Just as I do with groceries, I keep an ongoing and open list of much-needed office supplies. Paper, toner, ink, envelopes, pencils, pens, computer software, notebooks and more are all on my list. I also need to make sure I don’t run out of certain things, like paper and ink, in the middle of printing an important document. Nowadays, time is of the essence in business and customer satisfaction.
Once my list is updated and ready to go, I then use
Staples Coupons to avail discounts on the items I need to purchase. Once I have used every online discount and coupon I am able to use, then I make a trip to the brick-and-mortar store, where I will probably obtain other discounts that were not listed online. This is the most efficient method to save money. Furthermore, since I have a customer rewards card, I accrue points with every purchase that I can redeem for further discounts.
Also, when shopping at the same site or store, it is easier for me to keep tabs of what I am spending my money on, and that makes my tax preparation so much easier. With
Staples Promo Code I get amazing discounts every time I shop online.
I’ve also noticed that my kids enjoy drawing, cutting, pasting and stapling a lot more than playing with toys. So, I set aside money in my budget to replace their crayons, doodle pads, and to buy notebooks, poster paper, scissors and more, just for them, so they won’t take my own goodies from my desk. This has made them two very creative little girls and me a happy money-saving mom!

I have been shopping for airfares, car rentals and hotel bookings on Orbitz for a few years. When I´m planning a trip, I enter the tentative dates and sign up for e-mail alerts that will tell me when the best deals are on.
When the price is right and the dates work for me, then I can go ahead and purchase the tickets. I now use
Orbitz Coupons and also make sure I purchase cancellation insurance, because I have young children, and this means that an unexpected cold could prevent us from traveling. It is always better to pay a small fee upfront than risk losing the whole fare.
Some tips to save on travel are the following:
- If you have an infant up to 2 year’s old, take advantage and visit family and friends now, since babies only pay taxes on air-fare unless you buy a seat for them.
- Always make sure you state your kids’ ages when purchasing tickets, since some airlines will give them a discount. This is different when traveling domestically and internationally.
- Try not to fly on dates when heavy traffic is expected. This is a no-brainer, but if you plan ahead, you will be more likely to find an affordable seat a day before or after a major holiday.
- Make sure you carry only the lightest luggage and do not overfill, to avoid paying excess baggage fees. Many airlines are already charging to check in your bags and they are increasingly strict about weight.
- Travel to places where you have family and friends, to avoid hotel and rental car fees. Plus you will have the advantage of a free local tour guide!
So don’t miss our great
Orbitz Promo Code to get instant discounts on your desired trips.
