Expedia has been successful in satisfying customers by offering great deals and cheap flights. It has made my trips very frugal and booking a flight or tour package is very easy. Sometimes the customer support service do not respond quickly but in the end they solve the problem quickly.

Used it multiple times and every time it has something special to offer me. I am now a member of frequent traveler and they are offering really nice travel packages that were way beyond my budget in the past. Other than that, the site is very easy to use and does not gets you in complications.

I really like Expedia because it's very convenient when looking for flights and particularly flights plus hotel combinations. I've gotten very good deals through them. I've never had a bad experience when I book through Expedia, on the contrary it's very easy and they keep me updated with emails.
